Carvers Hog Roasts is a hundred-percent family-run business and prides itself on giving your event that extra-special touch by using a variety of the family's skills. The family consists of a wide range of generations and we use a lot of traditional methods in our cooking. Everyone has a part to play.

John, our master carver, ensures that the pig (or other meat selected) is cooked slowly for a long period of time to ensure that the meat is tender and succulent with crackling that you can't resist.

Sandra is our chief salad and dessert maker. She uses traditional recipies and makes desserts to die for. Her Pavlova and White Chocolate Tart is a must!

Grandma makes the best apple sauce around, peeling our home-grown apples and making them into scrummy apple sauce.

Charlotte and Alice have been carving for six years and also waitress and work on the bars.

Ryan mainly looks after the farm, but also sets up and runs the bars.

The rest of the family - Kate, Emma, Mitchell, Patrick, Jenny, Gita and Jackie - provide invaluable support to help your event run as smoothly as possible.
