Home-Produced
Carvers is based on a farm that has been family-run since 1972. Although it was originally a dairy farm, it is now home to around 600 beef cattle and a few chickens. Carvers have been in business since 2000 and prides itself on sourcing local produce and making everything from scratch.
Pigs and lambs are sourced from a local village farm.
Beef is hand-selected from our farm for your special event.
Apples are hand-picked from our orchard and other local orchards for the perfect apple sauce.
Our stuffing is made from fresh home-grown sage and onions.
All salads and desserts are home-made for that extra-special touch.
